"Hey! Where the hell d'you think you're going?" Katsuya marched out after Orie, grabbing him by the collar and spinning him around. "What's all this 'just give up' bullshit? If you really don't know anything, don't go saying things like that!"

Ugh, really, what was with this guy? Orie looked down at his rumpled collar and resisted the urge to rub his temples. This day had all the makings of a bad one, and he almost wondered how it could possibly get worse, except that he really didn't want to know. Tucking the bow under one arm, he reached up to fix the disheveled state of his clothes. "I didn't say anything," Orie reminded the other man, "You just kept on saying I did."

"You ain't actin' like much of an innocent bystander," Katsuya growled, poking Orie squarely in the chest. "And what's with that bow, huh? You carryin' it around for show?"

He teetered back, and it took the last of his patience not to just take his bow and break it on this guy's forehead. Orie looked at him as if he had grown another head. "What kind of stupid question is that? You're armed, aren't you? What kind of person travels alone while defenseless?"

"Armed, yes. But no one would carry around a bulky-ass thing like that unless they've got a good use for it." Katsuya leered at Orie, eyes scanning him up and down. "What is it you do for a living?"

"It's not a bulky-ass thing!" Orie snapped back almost instantly, visibly bristling. Obviously, it was a touchy subject, and for good reason. Kyudo was a tradition passed down by bloodline, and his family had extraordinary pride in it. To call it such a crude thing was more than a little hurtful to his pride. In his instant anger, he didn't notice the other man measuring him up. "Of course I wouldn't carry it unless I can use. My family owns an archer school, that's all," he added, once he had forced himself to cool down.
"Look," he said finally, "if all you want is a fight, look elsewhere. I've wasted enough of my time with you, and I'm sure you could better use your idleness to go looking for your prince."

"Idleness, huh?" Katsuya snorted, making sure to get right up in Orie's face. "What'cha gonna do, huh? Hit me with your pansy little bow?"

Orie didn't respond for a moment, remaining completely motionless. When he finally did, it was to bend down and place said bow and his quiver on to what he deemed a safe spot on the ground. He turned around and dusted his hands, staring straight at Katsuya. "You're not worth the trouble of my bow," he said quietly, almost serenely, before tackling Katsuya to the ground. In the momentary shock, he whipped his fist back and rammed his knuckles into the other man's jaw. "Shit," he hissed, wincing. Ouch. He probably shouldn't have made direct contact with the bone. His own fingers were ringing with pain.

Katsuya let a few choice words slip by before striking back, his fist colliding with Orie's skull. While he had his opening, he flipped the smaller man over, so that he was pinning him to the ground. "What the fuck?" he spat.

"Funny, I could've said the same of you back there!" ground out Orie. He pulled Katsuya's hands off of him, from where they were clamping his shoulders down to the ground, and elbowed his opponent as he was falling, the support literally whipped out from under him. He drove force into the hit, and knocked the other away, taking the opportunity to roll to the side and back on his feet. "I don't know how much money you can get for catching the prince, but you're going to end up dirt poor if that's how you treat everyone you want information from, brat!"

"Don't call me brat, bastard!" Katsuya smashed his foot into Orie's legs, knocking them out from under him, and scrambled to his feet. "Che. You're not even worth it," he huffed, backing away. He normally wasn't one to back down from a fight, but this guy was no amateur; to be beaten up by someone like that would just be embarrassing.

Orie couldn't respond immediately, being that the breath was knocked out of his lungs when he landed on his back. He pushed himself up, rubbing at his cheekbone, where the scuffle had somehow landed him a shallow cut. He took his hand away as soon as he felt the slight wetness. It wasn't a serious wound by any measure, but his hands were dirty and bound to infect it if he rubbed it.
"You should've realized that before you followed me out and threw your strength around like you owned the town," he bit back, getting slowly to his feet. The fight was over, he knew, and in an even fouler mood compared to when he had entered the bar, he brushed himself off hastily, trying to put himself back in order as much as possible. He probably looked like a mess now. The people that had gathered to stare at the fight began to disperse, sensing its close.

"I'm not the one who came in all pissy over my lost boyfriend," Katsuya sighed, leaning against the half-rotted wall of the bar, rubbing his chest where Orie's elbow had hit it. "Your bow's not a bulky-ass thing. Happy?"

"The person I'm looking for isn't a boyfriend," Orie barked angrily. He returned to pick up his weaponry where he had left it. "If you're going to look for the prince," he muttered under his breath, not really for Katsuya to hear, "you should at least know what your man looks like." It took him a minute or so to tie his quiver back in place, knotting it firmly before retrieving the bow.
"Well, if you're finally done, I'll be going."

"Fine, beat it," Katsuya snapped, scowling. He glared in the opposite direction, pretending not to care anymore, until curiosity got the best of him, and he swiveled around. "Hey, you. Wait." He cocked his head to one side. "Who is it, then? This guy you're looking for?"
