With one stone. It was all she needed, one stone and she could knock the guy out who was currently patrolling the docks, her only way to that one island. How she was planning on getting there had never crossed her mind, she had just wanted to get there and do...something.
Now that she was faced with this she was at an impase...should she just stride boldly up to him and punch him in the face, but that would draw too much attention no matter how much fun it would be. Maybe she should search a little harder for a stone...this way she could lob it at him and hopefully hit a sweet spot sending him to his face on the ground. Or she could wait here, impatient though she was, and see when they changed out guards or what else happened.
Going against herself and choosing the more cautionary choice she had stayed there. Currently she was sitting atop a pile of crates, her hood was off and sitting in her lap. Being all of 16 years of age, she was not used to skulking about and keeping herself hidden, so she never thought to put it back on after she had been having trouble breathing with it on for nearly two hours straight.
So lost in her thoughts, and staring at the guarded area, she never even noticed it when she was no longer alone. Until the creeping sense of doom crawled up her spine and sat in the pit of her stomach making her feel suddenly cold as the ice she so often resembled.

He had gone out looking for her, after hearing the reports of the things she had done to his guards. That little heathen girl was giving him more trouble then even the Prince had. Fighting him at every single turn in some odd manner. He had enough of her antics and tricks, she could no longer be saved by her betrothal to the prince, he was assumed to be dead and that was good enough for Akiyama.
It had taken him a few hours to figure where she would have gone and then to follow her ridiculously obvious trail to the stack of crates she was currently sitting upon. Standing there he smiled up at her, though she could not see him as he was behind her. He did admire her strength, which is why he would work so diligently on breaking her. She was beautiful and small, the perfect and most have requirements for any lover of his, be the willing or not.
He had been able to sneak up to her, close enough that if he leaned down he could bite her ear. So her impending sense of doom would be right. He chuckled darkly and slid a large hand over her mouth, effectively silencing her. "Shhh do not cry out Yuki-chan," He used the term more as an insult then anything else, "because if you do I may just slip and break your neck...though I could easily make it look like you slipped and fell off her and that is what caused your untimely demise. Be cooperative and there will be no pain...yet." The last word was spoken, just above the shell of her ear, in a dark tone laced with wicked promises.

So he had already found her, that was just wonderful. Though inside her head she was being sarcastic and smart-assed, on the outside there was a fine trembling covering the surface of her skin that she just could not stop. Then her thoughts turned dark even while he spoke...of course he would kill her right here and now, without hardly any provocation, he hated her with a passion. Why she wasn't sure. Could be because she refused to bow down to anyone or anything regardless of rules and mandates. She refused to play her part as a female in society and was constantly giving him trouble and causing small uprisings all over.
Her hands she kept relaxed and just nodded to him. She needed to do something even if she was filled with both fear and rage at the moment, she could not just let him have his way with her. Too many rumors of the things he was capable of. Plus she was to remain a virgin, but did that even matter now? Marrying the prince was what she had been taught to do since she was able to walk. Primed and prepared before she even knew the difference between boys and girls. Now he was gone, perhaps dead and her life was up in the air. Maybe...if he was somehow still alive and he came back, she would ask him to break that vow. She did not want to marry anyone unless it was for the right reasons, and maybe she would never have a reason. She disliked people with a passion, they were always so weak.
It was only 2 minutes since he had put his hand over her mouth that all these thoughts swam through her head. Suddenly they stopped and she pinpointed her focus and pushed with her legs. It caused her to topple back wards almost taking him with her. She did manage to bruise her back on a corner of one of the crates but other then that she landed on the ground behind the pile without anything broken. Her hands on the manrikigusari that she had brought with her, it was out in the open now and she was crouched and ready for him. She would NOT go into his custody without a fight, she was at least going to earn the punishment he would give her.

Everything's so expensive nowadays! Sorano thought as she readjusted the pile of domestic goods in her arms by shrugging just a bit. Her parents weren't too happy with her decision to leave her job, so they refused to relinquish some of their spare items to help her along with her change of location. Stingy!
She had hoped that it'd be easier to find cheap things along the docks, since everything just comes off the boat there, but...Stupid embargo. As she walked with her load, the clank of her sandals on the ground was unusually loud as she began to pass by a rather deserted area. It was then that she heard strange scuffling noises and stopped, whipping her head around. She caught the glimpse of movement a distance away, and it seemed a little more than fishy. Settling her stuff against a crate and hoping no one would pass by and get greedy, she slowly headed towards the noise, withdrawing a pair of needles from her sleeve.
There was the sound of a bit of a crash and she stopped again, creeping up against the side of a building and squinting over at the goings on and almost squeaked. A-akiyama?!...Why the heck can't I go a week without seeing him?
In any case, it looked like the girl he was roughing up was in a bit of a spot, and there was nobody closeby to call for help, so...
"It's a bit unseemly to be so violent," she called out in a masked voice, staying out of clear sight. She did not really want him to recognize her...
But she really did want to stick it to him.

"You little-" he cut off his words and glared down at the Reitosuru girl. So she was going to make this difficult for him, lovely...he would have hated it to be easy. he loved fire in a woman, and may have considered marrying a woman like Yuki, except she wouldn't listen to him and be at his feet like a proper woman should be. Yes he knew that his wants and yearnings were at conflict with each other and he didn't care.
A quick nasty smile split his face and if at all possible he was more attractive with that look. "If this is what you want Yuki dear, then this is exactly. What. You. Will. Get." With a snarl he jumped from the crates down near her and then a voice came out of nowhere. Someone was watching them, and commenting on what he was doing. Or maybe on what they were both doing.
"You speak so boldly for a coward. Come to me and say such things, and I will show you just how much I care about what you think." He was already angry, which was never ever a good thing, and pumped full of adrenaline for a wild fight he knew he would get hurt in...though not at much as the small girl in front of him. He had no problem with someone watching him, he had ways to cover his butt and excuses galore. Not to mention the political clout to make people forget what they had seen without ever wasting his time on them.

C....Coward?
Sorano's mouth twitched a bit as almost all regard for personal safety got pushed to the back of her mind. She took a step towards the two with the needles concealed by her oversized sleeves.
"It doesn't matter who you or or what you do," she said boldly, "that doesn't mean you get to treat people like dirt!"

A wince crossed over her face as the sharp pain in her back twisted but other then that the malicious and vengeful glare she had fastened on Akiyama never left. Even when he jumped down nearer to her, she just jumped back wards careful of where she was and gripped her weapon tighter, thankful that if she had to battle him at least she was in clothing that allowed freedom of movement.
Then she too heard the voice and looked over where the sound was, this person was either very bold or very stupid. Either way Yuki was intrigued and at the same time worried they would get in the way. She had no sympathy for people who got in the way, Yuki was cruel and harsh most of the time...emotionless the rest of those.
Then, surprisingly, the person walked out. It was a young woman. Both of Yuki's thin brows shut up and she got distracted enough to look away from Akiyama and over to the one who spoke. Clad all in black herself with only her face showing she must look like some type of ninja or something, but the other woman was just that...a simple woman who was holding herself proudly and assuredly.
"Akiyama-sama does not care who he has to stop on to get what he ultimately wants. He is just a power hungry, blind and very messed up individual." Her words were for the other woman and she did not wait for anything, no more words or movements. Left hand dropped the end it was holding just as her right wrist snapped and the length shot forward with precise and blinding speed heading directly for Akiyama's weapon hand.
((Sometimes I get a lil too wordy lmao. Or ramble..either definition is good))

He heard her words and turned to face her a moment to late, the weighted end of her chain connected with the hand it was aimed at and he snapped his hand out of the way just a second after it started to make contact, thankfully only resulting in a horrible numbness for the time being and not the broken mess it could have been. She was a nasty little thing, and each dirty trick she used only made him want to break her more.
"Nice try Yuki, but you will have to do better then that. I will win, make no mistake. Regardless of what you..." and he turned for a split second to glare balefully at Sorano,"or the lovely thing over there want. If necessary I can take the both of you on and win. But I do not think that she should step into the middle of this, since we have a score to settle. How many did you kill Yuki, 4? And how rude of you, the one guard was hardly recognizable. Shoving him over your balcony, such a naughty thing for a respectable young lady to do."
Sneering he advanced on her, the look of a predator in his eyes and his movements sure. This was a one on one battle, he loved those, he usually won them anyway. He would give her a sound thrashing then she would be in for some fun when she awoke. If Sorano tried something she would be right alongside Yuki...he wouldn't do as much to her but it would still be bad.

Don't have to tell ME twice about him, Sorano thought, kicking off her sandals as Yuki spoke. She squeaked when the dark-robed girl struck out at Kisho, flinching slightly. Well, she was thankful that whoever it was, was quite capable of fighting. Since Sorano wasn't too great at it herself...
She wanted to stick her tongue out at Kisho as he spoke at her, but that wasn't helpful at all. Overconfident bastard, don't underestimate me! She affixed a needle between her fingers and squinted, watching the folds of the clothes at his legs as he advanced towards the other girl. When his leg was in a position she wanted, she threw the needle, in hopes of sticking it into the skin and numb the lower leg. Oughta slow you down enough for her...
...Welp, good luck with that!
Sorano snatched her sandals off the ground and high-tailed it outta there. She knew better than to stick around waiting for a brute like Kisho to get mad enough to strike back, and at the very least, she gave his victim a bit of an edge. She may have been stupid to show up, but, gosh, I'm not THAT stupid!
Finding her stuff still safely settled down out by the dock, she snatched that, too, and left faster than you could say "lapse in intelligence."

Yuki watched in amazement and something else as the young woman threw something at Akiyama. She shouldn't have done that, even if it would help her gain the advantage. Thankfully she just took off like she did. Yuki would bet that Akiyama just marked that poor girl on his list of people to kill if she was lucky, or worse if she wasn't.
She didn't want to see what happened, but advanced on him herself hoping it was something good and distracting. Her weapon snapped out once again and she did a half turn altering its trajectory to cause it to wrap about his wrist, once it made the contact she grunted with the effort but tugged on it putting her back into it. It would either make him fall and cause him to be prone or pull him right up against her, either way she would have some sort of advantage.

It was too bad she was so naive when it came to actual fighting, there was so much he could have taught her if she wasn't so insistent on fighting him off like she was. Such a wonderful pupil she would have made, and now she was going to be made into something else.
Biggest mistake, bring him close. He outweighed her by a great deal and could do bare handed close quarters fighting if needed. This fight was over now that he was right up against her. He could feel her trembling and just sneered down into her face. "Your so lovely when you think your good at something." He would have had a hard time getting to her with his lower leg going partially numb, that Sorano woman was near the top of his list now. He would send people after her later, first things first of course.
His large hands grabbed her arms and jerked them hard enough behind her back to practically dislocate them from her shoulders. This caused her to drop her weapon and cry out in pain. He held both her wrists in one hand and clamped the other around her mouth.
"You lost before you ever started." He then did something he figured she would not have expected, and smacked his head into hers. Causing just a start of light for him but instant unconsciousness for her. "And now your mine, silly child."
((all done lol. I figured I would just cut it short. But he really is that good.))
