(Continued from Imperial palace version)
She heard a lot of noise and lifted her head up to look around. Ohh..she had ended up in the marketplace. That really wasn't that big of a surprise, she used to come here all the time when she was younger. Though it seemed the older she got the longer it was between trips, half the time she had to sneak out to come here.
Now here she was, all hidden beneath carefully crafted layers of clothing, standing in the middle of the marketplace. People looked at her curiously and she did not blame them. With her black and gray outfit on that covered everything, the only visible part of her being her eyes when and if she looked up at someone.
Spotting a fruit vendor she haggled with them, they were only concerned with the money not her appearance, till she got what she wanted and ducked behind a building to enjoy the succulent fruit she was able to gain.

There was a soft thudding noise around the building Yuki had slipped to rest behind. However, without warning a form dropped off from the building's roof right next to the girl. The left side of his face was facing her, and he was in a crouch to prevent any broken bones or fractures from the land. Slowly, he stood and while he turned his head there was a streak of red across his right cheek. Obviously was blood considering he held a katana in his right hand and that also, was drenched with blood.
"You...didn't see anything, did you?" he asked the hooded figure, his blue eyes calm.

Ok do not panic, she resolutely told herself, while inside her heart was thudding so hard she was sure it was going to break free from her ribcage. The...looking him over she assessed male, had made no sound until he had hit the ground next to her. She still, thankfully, had her hood on as she hadn't yet gotten to enjoy the fruit.
Red eyes looked from his cheek to his open weapon which was currently dripping someones blood. Wonderful, here she was in a darkened alleyway with someone who had just killed another, so she assumed. Should she say anything or pretend muteness?
"The only thing I see is you." She suddenly wished her voice wasn't so soft and feminine sounding. But what could she do about that...really? Belatedly she noticed that his eyes were blue, that was odd.

As though nothing happened and like he didn't know he had blood smeared on his face, he smiled. "Oh, well that's good," he said quietly before he took in the pattern of the other's voice. It was feminine and his eyes slightly widened and he took a step to face the hooded figure all the way. His own heart was racing and he lifted his blade with both hands and pointed it at the figure's chest at an angle. He wasn't sure that things were right. Missing pieces in the puzzle and he stepped forward cautiously.
She's suppose to be dead, I should know.. he thought to himself. "Remove the hood," he said suddenly, voice nonchalant.

Well this was unexpected. He had seemed fine a moment before, even with the blood on his face and weapon...now he seemed not so fine and she took a step back, eyes watching his blade, until she was backed up against another building that was behind her, no where else to go.
"Why do you need to see who I am? I told you I saw nothing, shouldn't you be on your way now?" Her weapons were near, as always, but to get to them she would have to make obvious movements, and watching him she knew he could tell. There was always the option of crushing the fruit and throwing it at his face of course. But she waited to see what else would happen.

He did something drastic and moved his blade down in-front of him so that the edge of it was to the hooded-figure's neck. His left hand was now free, and he reached forward to grasp the other's wrist and pin the back of her hand to the wall. If she decided to move with her other hand, which held the fruit, then he would know she was going to attack him with a weapon and what not. Was this her means of revenge? Carefully, his head leaned down and his blue eyes searched the darkness under the cloth. Or maybe he was just hallucinating it all and was actually attacking an innocent bystander. Oh well.
"Akane?" he asked, his voice wavering.

Now she was in over her head, he had her pinned even more then she had pinned herself. Not to mention the sword, which was still dripping blood, was now at her neck. She swallowed heavily and refused to look up at him, so she was feeling a bit of fear...this was new and somewhat exciting but she could also die here. And with only one hand free there were not a lot of options open to her right now. Maybe she should just comply with what he wanted, though now she couldn't even remove her hood without dropping the fruit, and to do so might make him even jumpier.
"..No..no..I think you have me mistaken." Maybe now he would leave her be, her voice trembled fearfully and she tried to hold that down.

Akane was a liar, anyways. Why would he believe this figure if she said no? Although it made no sense because she was dead in tiny little pieces and floating at the bottom of the sea with her lover, servant and other girl. Carefully he lowered his blade away from her by bringing it back against his chest. Taking a few steps back he let his hand release the girl's wrist. "Oh," he said suddenly and then he asked, "you're either a really feminine man or you're a woman who isn't suppose to be out and wandering." Great observations.

This man had to be crazy. That was the only explanation for such odd actions. She shook her head and looked to the fruit, which thankfully was still ok, and bet he was fruitier then even it. He made such wonderful and startlingly obvious realizations, she had to stop herself from laughing and stepped back away from the wall so that if anything else happened she wasn't going to be pinned.
"Your right, I am either or." No elaboration on which though, she still praised herself for the extra thick batting behind her tunic like top that helped to cover her large chest and small waist. The only thing that did stand out were her eyes and voice. Which was why she was angry with herself for talking in the first place and would not look up at him.

"So if you're a woman, you must be a whore who likes to eat fruit. Or a man who likes fruit. Maybe you're a mixture of two and that's why your body is really deformed, otherwise it's because of the hood," Kyo continued with the observations while holding the blade down to his side. The red on his cheek made his clothing stand out a little and then he moved his free-hand to his head, moving the hair off of his ear. He seemed to be thinking. "Oh, hey. What do you think of the Shogunate leader? A real dick, huh?" Yeah he often times said that to see if they would agree or disagree.

"Why must I be a whore if I am a woman? What does that have to do with my gender?" Anger, fresh and hot made a sour taste in the back of her throat and she licked her lips underneath the hood. Such accusations about the female race...she should just kill him and get it over with. But...he did seem more dangerous then she was and this was not the place to get into a battle.
Her fists clenched at her sides and she bit her tongue before she said anything to harsh. People like him made it impossible for women to get anywhere in life. Bastard.
"The Shogun is an overly arrogant man who should be put in his place. The place he is in now is too good for him and belongs to another. He deserves worse then he inflicts on the helpless thousands that are forced to put up with his ego."
Well she said her part, not even all of how she really felt but it would do. No more keeping quiet, it did nothing anyway.

"Well, it was an observation just like any other. You could be a whore or you're out doing something illegal if you are a female. But you got so offended by it, you must be a lady! I mean it's against the rules to really be out and around unless you're an entertainer of the sorts. Or someone who has lots of money.." Kyo often times tried to pin that on people, to take needless jabs until it set off a temper so he could gain information. Sometimes it would end up all wrong and he would have to fight, but at least he got the information in it.
When the girl started to go on a rampage about Akiyama, his brows rose in curiosity and his eyes lit up slightly. "Ahah, he'll be put in his place for sure. There are a lot of opposing forces out there," he mused.

A hand lifted and she pulled the hood up to rest it on top of her head, all of her incredibly pale face visible now. Her skin was flawless and her features of a high born nature, then her eyes she let meet his and she just gave him the smallest of smiles. "Or someone tired of their lot in life and searching for more."
She knew there were a good amount of opposing forces, but there were also a lot of ones who backed him as well. "No matter how many stand against him, he still gets away with vile acts against others. I know that I was on his list now that Akihito is gone, and so I leave." Sometimes she said too much without even thinking about it, now was one of those times for sure.

When the hood came down and revealed the girl's face, his expression didn't change. It was like he didn't know who the girl was and like he was blind and didn't see the unique features of the girl's face. He knew who she was; he had seen her in the palace and at public expeditions. Kyo knew Akiyama took great pride into crushing the girl, and a glimpse of a large reward flashed in-front of his eyes. Yet he wasn't sure where his loyalties stood. He had a lot of money already, and if he left the girl alone Akiyama would probably earn his place to the throne.
"So, since your burden is gone there is no other reason to stay and fight. I get it," his expression slowly turned into a frown. She was going to run away, oh boo-hoo. Love and all of that was certainly a hoax. Kyo wasn't sure what to do - do what Akiyama had wanted, but he denied before .. bring her back, or just.. let her go?

"Stand and fight? I do not fool myself into thinking I could take on the people that would come after me. I am talented enough to take care of myself, that is all." She wanted to kick him, she really did. Just like a young girl would, right in the shin. A contemplative look crossed his face and she let a quiet snarl slip loose. "I should be allowed to move freely like you obviously can. I am so tired of the hypocrites who know nothing of others yet think they know what is best for them.
she took a big bite from the fruit and stepped a little closer to him but stopped just short of not being able to look up into his eyes. Depending on what he said she would do something, her temper was almost at full blast right now. Looked like her and obviously mentally unstable people did not mix well.
